| Joe Bonin, Chief Executive Officer |
| Joe Bonin has held senior executive roles across both products and services industries. He joined Keycorp in June 2000 where he successfully expanded the customer service business into a multi-vendor Australia wide services organization. In 2006 Joe was appointed Senior Vice President Services, Keycorp Canada Inc. based in Montreal where he assumed responsibility for Canada’s largest service organisation to the payments and point of sales industry with a workforce of over 515 personnel. In June 2008, Joe returned to Australia where he was appointed Head of Operations with responsibility for all sales and services delivery. In April 2009, Joe was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer. Joe has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, MBA (Masters of Business Administration), a Graduate Certificate in e-Business and is an affiliate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |

| Warren Scheuber, Sales and Business Development Manager |
|
Warren Scheuber has extensive industry experience in technical, sales, business development and management roles for national and international organisations. Prior to joining Keycorp, Warren ran a consulting business and has held senior positions at Telstra as the General Manager Partnerships and Specialist Sales, Payment Solutions and as the Australian General Manager for Hypercom Corporation. His qualifications include an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and a diploma from the Australia Institute of Company Directors. Warren joined Keycorp in June 2008 and was promoted to his current position in April 2009. |

| Craig Little, National Operations Manager |
| Craig Little has over 15 years Operations experience in the Retail POS and Payment Services industry in Australia, Canada and New Zealand. He joined Keycorp in June 2000 as Operations Manager, implementing a dedicated National Field Technician network along with Service Desk, Supply Chain and Asset Management systems. In 2006 Craig was appointed National Operations Manager for Keycorp Canada, responsible for the delivery of services within Canada’s largest service provider in the Retail POS and Payment industry. In 2008 Craig returned to Australia as the National Operations Manager for Keycorp, with responsibility for Australian Service Delivery. |

| Shane Greenan, Chief Financial Officer |
| Shane Greenan is a proven, commercial CFO with previous roles as executive and non-executive Director with publicly listed and private companies, in addition to roles in the profession and in venture capital. As Chief Financial Officer, Shane played a key role in the listing of TripleArc plc on City London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM), the successful sale of vielife Limited to CIGNA and in reseting guidance soon after joining Frigrite Limited. Achievements include the successful completion of six acquisitions, one trade sale and both equity and debt fund raisings. Hehas been a Chartered Accountant for over fourteen years and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, Shane completed a number of Financial Analyst roles with blue chip companies including Fosters, Coca Cola Enterprises and British Telecom before entering the SME sector. Shane joined Keycorp as Chief Financial Officer in March 2009. |

| Melissa Letford, General Counsel & Company Secretary |
| Melissa Letford joined Keycorp as Company Secretary and General Counsel in February 2008. Previously she held the position of Special Counsel in a boutique national law firm, having worked previously in other Top Tier and Mid-Tier legal practices. She is admitted as a solicitor in NSW and is a mediator approved by the Queensland Law Society. Melissa has a BA (Psych)/ LLB. |
